February 26: Ginger
Ginger - A plant (Zingiber officinale) of tropical southeast Asia having yellowish-green flowers and a pungent aromatic rhizome.
The Ginger of the Day: Ginger man, was inspired by about 10 delicious sushi rolls enjoyed by me and my boys.
